Subscription
The flat fee for your plan tier, billed monthly or annually. Includes the base seat count, base AI usage, and all standard features for your tier.
Usage
Charges that scale with how much you use — additional seats beyond your base, AI agent runs above your monthly allowance, e-invoice volume above the included quota, and outbound message overage.
Taxes
GST applied on the total. If you have a GSTIN on file, the invoice includes your GSTIN and tax components for ITC eligibility.
Credits
Promotional credits, partner credits, or refunds applied as a deduction. Credits do not expire unless explicitly noted.
