These terms govern your access to and use of the Novrex platform and website.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Novrex platform or website you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malware, or attempt to circumvent access controls or usage limits.
4. Subscription and billing
Fees, billing cycle, and included usage are set out in your order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and subscriptions renew automatically.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited as stated in your order form.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within the notice period stated in the order form.
