The Novrex platform fee is ₹999, ₹2,799 or ₹3,799 per month. Meta's own per-conversation charges are billed at cost with no Novrex markup — roughly ₹0.88 for marketing, ₹0.16 for utility and ₹0.13 for authentication conversations. Service conversations and Instagram are free.
Does Novrex mark up Meta’s WhatsApp rates?
No. Meta’s conversation charges are passed through at cost. You pay the Novrex platform fee for the software and Meta’s published rate for the conversations, with both shown separately on the bill. Several Indian WhatsApp providers add a per-message margin on top; Novrex does not.
