This page summarises the technical and organisational measures Novrex applies to protect customer data.
1. Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard algorithms.
2. Access control
Access to production systems is role-based, least-privilege, individually attributed, and logged. Multi-factor authentication is required.
3. Resilience
Backups are taken on a regular schedule and restoration is tested periodically.
4. Incident response
We maintain a documented incident response process and notify affected customers without undue delay, consistent with our contractual and legal obligations.
5. Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact us before disclosing it publicly so we can investigate and remediate.
