Partner Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Novrex Partner Program. Submitting a partner application does not by itself create a partnership; a partnership begins only when Novrex countersigns a partner agreement.
1. Eligibility
Applicants must be a registered business or an individual professional legally able to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction.
Novrex evaluates each application and may accept or decline it at its discretion. Acceptance may be conditional on certification, a minimum team size, or a joint business plan, depending on the tier.
2. Partner tiers
The Referral, Implementation, Business, and Integration tiers each carry their own commercial terms, obligations, and requirements. The terms applicable to you are those stated in your countersigned partner agreement.
Commission rates published on this website are indicative and are superseded by the rates in your agreement.
3. Commission and payment
Commission is earned on collected revenue, not on invoiced or contracted amounts. Commission on a refunded or charged-back payment is reversed.
Payouts are made on the cycle stated in your agreement, subject to applicable withholding and to the partner supplying valid tax and banking details.
4. Partner obligations
Partners must represent Novrex products accurately and must not make performance, pricing, or roadmap commitments on our behalf that are not in published materials.
Partners must comply with applicable law, including data protection and anti-bribery legislation, and must not use spam or misleading advertising to generate leads.
5. Intellectual property
Novrex grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Novrex names and logos solely to promote the partnership, in line with our brand guidelines. All other rights are reserved.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information and use it only for the purposes of the partnership.
7. Term and termination
Either party may terminate on written notice as specified in the partner agreement. Commission already earned on collected revenue prior to termination remains payable.
Novrex may suspend or terminate immediately for breach, misrepresentation, or conduct that risks harm to customers or to the Novrex brand.
8. Changes
Novrex may update these terms. Where changes materially affect existing partners, we will give notice through the partner contact on file.
